The Client

Cima Mechanical Ltd. is a licensed plumbing, heating, natural gas, and drainage contractor based in Coquitlam, BC. Founded in 2015 by Bruno Teixeira, they hold a BBB A+ accreditation and are a registered member of the FortisBC Trade Ally Network. They had built a strong local reputation, 69 Google reviews at 5.0 stars. Their website had not kept up.

The Problem

When Cima Mechanical came to us, the situation was straightforward but costly. The contact form, the single most important element on any service business site, had been broken for weeks. Clients were submitting requests and hearing nothing back. Nobody at Cima knew it was happening because there was no Google Analytics, no Google Search Console, and no way to see what was going on with the site at all.

On top of that, the old site had no structured SEO, no schema markup, and nothing optimized for how AI-powered search tools understand and categorize a local business. For a plumbing and mechanical contractor competing in the Tri-Cities, that was leaving real leads on the table every day the broken site stayed up.

What We Did

We built the new site in 2 days. Not a template, a full custom Next.js build, designed from the ground up and optimized for SEO and AEO before a single line of copy was written. Every page was structured around the searches Cima's ideal customers make when they need a plumber, gas fitter, or heating contractor in the Tri-Cities. Schema markup was embedded directly into the static HTML so Google and AI search tools can read and trust it reliably.

The new service request form was built to handle what a real mechanical job request actually looks like. Clients can attach photos, videos, and PDFs alongside their message, so Cima's team gets everything they need to respond and quote quickly, without back and forth. The form works. Every submission is delivered.

We set up the full tracking stack, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager, on the same day the site launched. For the first time, Cima can see exactly how many people are visiting, which services they are looking at, and when a lead comes in. That visibility is now part of the ongoing relationship. We manage and host the site and monitor performance as the business grows.

The Results

The site launched in April 2026 with everything that should have been there from the start, in 48 hours. A working form. A properly indexed site. A full tracking setup. Cima Mechanical can now receive service requests with attachments directly through their website, and they have complete visibility into where every lead comes from.

Data collection is underway. With GA4 and Search Console live from day one, rankings, traffic, and conversion data are already being built. We will share those numbers as they mature.

For a business with a decade of real work and a 5.0 star reputation, having a site that finally reflects that, built in 2 days, is the foundation everything else is built on.

"Two days. New site, working form, analytics live. That's how it should have been from the start."

The Takeaway

Speed does not mean cutting corners. A broken form, no tracking, and no SEO foundation is a problem that costs real money every day it stays up. The right build done right can be fast. This one was.
