The Client
Fav's Kangaroos is a registered bilingual home family daycare in Coquitlam, run by Faviola. The program is offered in both English and Spanish, which makes it a genuinely rare option for families in the area. It is a small, personal operation built entirely on trust.
The Problem
Fav's Kangaroos had no online presence at all. No website, no Google listing, no way for parents searching for childcare in Coquitlam to find them. In a category where parents research carefully and trust is everything, being invisible online means being out of the running from the start.
What We Did
This was a complimentary project. No invoice, no pitch, just a contribution to a local business in our community.
We built a clean, welcoming website designed to help parents feel comfortable from the first page. It includes a contact form for enrollment inquiries, a photo gallery to give families a real sense of the space and environment, and clear information about the bilingual program and Faviola's approach to care.
Google Analytics and Google Search Console are set up so there is real visibility into how the site performs over time. We walked Faviola through how to claim and optimize her Google Business Profile, since for a neighbourhood daycare that listing is one of the most important discovery tools she has.
The Result
Fav's Kangaroos now has a professional online presence that matches the care and quality of what they offer. Parents searching for bilingual daycare in Coquitlam can find them, learn about the program, and reach out directly through the site.
