The Client
SturdyBee Property Solutions handles strata maintenance, handyman work, and full renovation projects across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. A growing operation doing solid work across a wide service area, and they needed a digital presence to match.
The Problem
SturdyBee had a web presence when they came to us. The problem was it was not generating leads. Their main contact method was a long form tied to their trades management software, which was designed for existing clients and was too much friction for someone visiting the site for the first time. No real SEO strategy. No GBP presence worth mentioning. No content building any authority. Traffic was flat and had been for a while.
What We Did
We built a new custom website from scratch. SEO and AEO first, fast, mobile-optimized, and structured around the searches SturdyBee's ideal customers are making when they need property maintenance or renovations done. The contact form was redesigned and placed as the primary conversion point on the site. Shorter, cleaner, and easier to fill out on a phone than anything they had before.
Full tracking went live with the site. GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager with event and conversion tracking set up properly from day one. Google Ads launched in January 2026, targeted and tied directly to form submissions and calls so every dollar spent is accountable.
We optimized their Google Business Profile and got them set up on Bing Places and Apple Maps. Monthly GBP posts started in January 2026. In April 2026 we added Instagram content production, reels and carousel posts, to extend their reach beyond search. A monthly blog article goes live on their site each month to build topical authority and feed the long-term SEO work.
The Results
These are real numbers from a real client. Since the new site launched and the full strategy came together:
340% increase in overall website traffic. More than 20 qualified leads came in through the website contact form alone. GBP website clicks increased by 34.4%. Inbound calls are up 23% since January 2026. Google Ads has generated multiple form fills and calls since the first month. The blog and GBP posting is compounding month over month.
The shift from the old trades software form to the new contact form changed things on its own. Less friction meant more people actually finishing the form and submitting it.
