The Client
Teltac Contracting Limited is a Port Coquitlam-based flooring and renovation company with over 15 years of experience. They serve homeowners across Vancouver, Coquitlam, Surrey, and the Lower Mainland. A team that does exceptional work but had never been able to make that show up online.
The Problem
Teltac had spent thousands of dollars on Google Ads before they came to us. Not a small test, a real investment over time. And it had produced almost nothing. No meaningful call volume, no form fills worth counting, no return they could point to.
The problem was not the ads. It was everything the ads were sending traffic to. The site had no real SEO structure, no proper tracking, no conversion-focused contact form, and no analytics setup that could explain what was actually happening. They were putting ad spend into a machine that could not capture what it was generating.
What We Did
We started at the foundation, not the ads. Before a single dollar went back into Google, we rebuilt the website. Custom coded, built for SEO and AEO from the ground up, fast loading, and structured around the exact searches Teltac's ideal customers are making when they are ready to hire someone.
Once the site was live we set up the full tracking infrastructure. Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager with proper event tracking, and a clean contact form that attributes every lead correctly. We then optimized their Google Business Profile and got their business listed properly on Bing Places and Apple Maps, the two platforms most agencies skip.
Only once that foundation was solid did we turn Google Ads back on. This time with a proper data layer in place to tell us exactly what was converting and what was not. All of this started in January 2026.
The Results
Four months in, Teltac is receiving consistent inbound calls and form fills from qualified leads. People actively looking for flooring and renovation work in their service area, not general browsers. They are ranking on Google for specific commercial keywords that match their business directly. Every lead is tracked, attributed, and visible in a dashboard they can check any time.
For a business that had spent real money on ads and seen nothing, the change has been significant.
