The Client
WaveGlass is a premium glass installation company serving Metro Vancouver. They handle frameless glass showers, commercial storefronts, and high-end glazing projects. Strong reputation in a competitive trade, but their online presence was not reflecting the quality of the work they do.
The Problem
WaveGlass already had an SEO agency when they came to us. That is the part worth paying attention to. They were already paying for help and it was not working. Their onsite SEO score was poor. The site was not ranking for the searches that matter. Form fills were thin. And when they asked what was being done and why, they could not get a clear answer.
They did not need more of the same. They needed a new foundation.
What We Did
We took over the full digital presence starting April 7th, 2026. New website, custom built, SEO and AEO first, fast, and structured around the specific searches that glass installation customers in Metro Vancouver are actually making when they are ready to get a quote.
The full tracking stack went live alongside the new site. Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager with conversion events on every form submission and call click, and a clean contact form set up as the primary lead capture point on the site. Google Ads launched on a focused budget, not to spend broadly but to start building conversion data quickly while the organic SEO gains momentum.
We optimized their Google Business Profile and set up their Bing Places and Apple Maps listings so WaveGlass shows up across all three places people search, not just Google.
Where Things Stand
This project is in the data collection phase. The infrastructure is live, the site is indexed, ads are running, and we are building the dataset that will drive the next round of optimization. Onsite and offsite SEO is active. The site is already ranking. Form fills are coming in. Every click is being watched.
We will update this page with hard numbers once we have 90 days of clean data behind us.

The Takeaway
